About Places I Go
A private place tracker for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch that remembers every place you go, every visit, and what you ordered.
Places I Go saves restaurants, hotels, service providers and any other place worth remembering. Each visit gets its own rating, notes and photos, and so does each item ordered, so people remember the carbonara and not just the restaurant. Road trips build themselves from the places logged along the way. Tags of the user's choosing, like Pizza, Date Night or who came along, power Insights, saved lists such as Best Pizza sorted by rating, while GeoInsights maps every region and country visited. Places, visits and trips are shared only with friends the user chooses. There are no public profiles, no ads and no data harvesting.

Founder
Mike Somlo is an application architect, designer and developer. He created Places I Go to solve a common problem: people forget what they ordered, how they like it made, and which electricians, plumbers and contractors did good work. He designed it so anyone can keep that record privately and share it only with people they choose.
